Shipping Information

Processing Time All orders are processed within two days. Custom orders will take an extra two days to ship. Shipping Options Standard Shipping: 2-6 days Express Shipping: 2-3 days *not including processing time Free Shipping Free shipping with a $75 minimum total before checkout. Shipping Area We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Note: We do not accept international orders at this time.

Ordering and Satisfaction

Q: I think my package is lost. What should I do? A: If your package hasn't been delivered within two weeks from the order date, please contact the carrier for further assistance. Order Changes and Cancellations Q: Can I change the shipping address on my order? A: For this issue, please contact our customer care at contact@backtothehive.com Q: Can I change the scents in my order? A: Yes, the adjustment must be made in the first 24 hours of placing the order. Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, as long as the shipping label has not been created yet. Q: What should I do if I have an ordering issue? A: For any ordering issues, please feel free to reach out to us at contact@backtothehive.shop with the subject containing "order". Be sure to include the issue and a copy of your receipt or order number. Returns and Refunds Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product? A: Please send us a picture of the damaged product within the first 10 days, and we will send you a new one. Send us an email at contact@backtothehive.com. with the damaged product and the subject should be labeled "Damaged." Q: What if I receive the wrong product? A: If you receive the wrong product, we will send you the correct one. If the product is out of stock, we will reach out to you to best suit your order.
